Nasi Goreng Jawa 👍
Ingredients
1 plate of white rice (Nishiki Rice) Amzn
2 cloves of garlic chopped amzn
3 cloves of onion (onion minced) amzn
1 candlenut amzn Pinch of roasted taro
Chili
1 small piece of tomato amzn
2 chicken eggs
Vegetables Cabbage Fresh amzn(optional)
Pepper and Salt Soy sauce, sweet soy sauce
How To Cook
1. Puree The onion, candlenut, chili and Tomato then mix them with Shrimp Paste.
2. Beat the eggs. Then fry in hot oil. stirred it
3. Sauté the ground spices until half cooked and the aroma comes out. Then add the white rice. Stir until evenly mixed.
4. Add quarter spoon of Sugar then salt then pepper and soy sauce (or based on your need)
5. Add green onion and vegetables then cook and stir for 1 minute.
6. cook the omelet as additional garnish
7. And enjoy your Nasi Goreng
